Appointments Although we would make every effort to assist walk-in clients, it is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that we can meet your requests for a preferred date, time and therapist. All appointments must be made by calling AST during business hours at 913-387-5476. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your first appointment with us to fill out new client intake forms or download the forms located under Patient Forms and fill them out before coming to your appointment. Confirmations We will make a courtesy call to you at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment as a reminder, but we do ask that you assume the responsibility for remembering your appointments. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please contact AST as soon as possible to let us know. We do request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations, and you may be charged a cancellation fee if you are unable to provide proper notice. Children Minors are always welcome for treatment when accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed consent form. Childcare services are not provided on site and out of respect for all of our guests, we ask that children do not accompany you to a scheduled appointment. Gratuities Although gratuities are not customary for clinical treatments, they are appreciated for our spa services such as facials, waxing and massages. Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation to our staff for providing outstanding services. Payment Methods Payment is due for all service when rendered. We accept Cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit offered through GE Finance. We do not offer any in-house financing options.
